We are Panama’s first craft rum distillery. Our brand pays homage to Pedro Mandinga, a Panamanian Cimarron chieftain, who was strong, charismatic and friendly. Our rums are distilled from raspadura, which is boiled down from the juice of hand-harvested cane, grown on a family run farm in Chiriquí. We are lovers of rum and of Panama. In 2014, we decided to turn our passion into a reality and began setting up our distillery and rum bar.
